About Us: Core Construction of Bath Ltd is a busy, well-established building company working on a range of residential projects — from high-end refurbishments and extensions to full new builds. We take pride in quality workmanship, a tidy site, and a friendly, professional approach. The Role: We’re looking for reliable and hard-working general labourers to join our team on an ongoing basis. You’ll be supporting trades on site and helping to keep jobs running smoothly and safely. Typical duties include: • Assisting tradesmen such as carpenters, bricklayers and groundworkers, • Moving materials, keeping the site clean and organised, • Loading and unloading deliveries, • Basic use of tools and site equipment, • Helping with site set-up and dismantling, • Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: • Previous experience on a construction site preferred but not essential, • CSCS card (preferred but not mandatory), • Own transport or ability to get to site, • Good attitude, punctual and willing to learn, • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions What we offer: • Consistent work across Bath, Wiltshire and nearby areas, • Fair pay and weekly payments, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunities to develop and move into trade roles
