Production Operative (Days) Location: Westbury, Wiltshire Pay: £13.00 per hour (Overtime paid at £16.25 after 37.5 hours) Earn up to £852.50 a week and £3,409.25 over the 4 week Christmas period. The work involves manual handling, operating machinery, and following clear processes to meet production targets. You'll start on 8-hour shifts before moving to 07:00-19:00 day shifts from 24th November , offering excellent opportunities for overtime. This role would suit someone who enjoys active, practical work, can maintain focus over long periods, and takes pride in producing quality results. Operate machinery and handle products safely and efficiently. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout production. Support team operations and meet daily production targets.
