We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Talent Analyst to join a leading global financial services institution to support on various projects across both Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. This will have a global remit supporting at a time of change, working to streamline and improve people processes. This is a temporary role to start immediately until the end of March 2026. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination, project management, and reporting skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver global Talent Management processes including promotions, performance feedback, senior panel interviews, and related administrative/controls support Develop and maintain Talent resources such as guides, intranet content, offline tools (Excel-based), and reporting templates, ensuring accuracy and usability. Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to support communications, initiatives, and development programmes aligned with talent priorities. Support end-to-end recruitment operations across lateral and early careers hiring, collaborating with TA leads, external vendors, and stakeholders, while ensuring procedures, reporting, and compliance checks are effectively managed. Analyse and report on recruitment activity by tracking key metrics, preparing dashboards and presentations, processing vendor invoices, and contributing to wider TA projects and improvements. Support the delivery of Talent Acquisition/Talent Management and wider HR projects, including planning, tracking milestones, preparing updates, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Organise and facilitate HR meetings by managing agendas, capturing minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Maintain and enhance HR documentation and tools, including policies, templates, Workday reporting, and other talent systems. Produce reporting, insights, and analytics for senior management on promotions, workforce trends, and other talent-related priorities, partnering with HRIS and Analytics teams to improve reporting capabilities. Skills: Previous HR coordination, analyst, or talent management/TA support experience in a complex, global organisation (financial services experience desirable). Strong Excel and data analysis skills; confident producing reports, dashboards, and presentations. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive mindset. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
