We’re Hachiko – a brand new Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. With an emphasis on bold flavours, elegant presentation, and creative cocktails, we’re bringing something fresh and modern to the local dining scene. We're now looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team and help shape our menu and kitchen culture.
