Role Purpose To lead and coordinate complex projects, ensuring successful delivery of outcomes that align with organisational goals, engage stakeholders effectively, and embed sustainable processes. Key Responsibilities • Deliver integrated solutions by consolidating data and systems from multiple sources., • Manage diverse stakeholder groups, acting as the link between technical delivery teams and strategic leadership., • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, including roadmaps, milestones, risk management, and reporting., • Navigate cross-functional or cross-organisational challenges to ensure alignment and collaboration., • Work closely with external partners and vendors to support successful project delivery., • Embed sustainable practices and continuous improvement into project delivery frameworks. Required Skills & Experience • Strong skills in customer relationship management, • Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, ideally within regulated or public sector environments., • Strong track record of delivering cross-functional or multi-stakeholder initiatives., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills., • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)., • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.
