Caterer Residential Hospitality Site (London) | £48,000£50,000 | Permanent Were looking for a strong, hands-on Caterer to lead food production for a busy residential hospitality site with a café/bar offer and regular resident activity. This is a practical role for someone who can run the kitchen day to day, keep standards tight, and deliver consistent food without drama. Location London SW1 Salary £48,000£50,000 (depending on experience) Hours Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (shift pattern confirmed at interview). Some weekends and occasional evenings may be required to support resident events. Reporting to Operations Team Youll lead the kitchen day to day and support/training of any kitchen staff on site (where applicable). What youll be doing Leading the day-to-day kitchen operation: prep, production, service and standards Delivering a fresh, simple menu (breakfast/lunch and light hospitality) Producing grab-and-go items (sandwiches, salads, pots) to spec and on time Supporting hospitality and resident events when required Keeping food quality consistent: taste, portion control, presentation and pace Owning food safety, allergens, hygiene and H&S compliance Completing due diligence: labelling, dating, stock rotation, temperature checks, cleaning records Stock control, ordering, waste control and portioning to protect GP Maintaining a clean, organised, service-ready kitchen at all times Working closely with front of house to keep service smooth What were looking for Strong catering/chef background in café, contract catering, hospitality or similar Confident running a kitchen and holding standards every day Solid allergen and food safety knowledge (Level 3) Commercial awareness: waste, ordering, portion control and stock management Calm, organised, reliable, and consistent Benefits Paid holiday and pension Staff meal on shift Uniform provided Training and development support Pre-employment checks Right to work, references, and DBS may be required depending on site requirements.
