This is a remote role, but you need to be available to work within a two-hour time difference of the UK time zone. Who are we? Meet Flowd. One of the fastest-growing marketing services in the UK. We have an international team of 40 based across our HQ in Manchester, UK and Europe (Skopje). We’re expanding our service fast around the world and we’re now looking for a GTM strategist to join our team and support our clients. Experience in building B2B campaigns to help build effective lead-generation programs for our clients. You MUST be eager and willing to learn. About you? You have a strong grasp of cold email marketing and the end-to-end process of building highly targeted and nuanced GTM data sets. You're skilled in crafting relevant messaging and using tools like Clay.com to segment and build hyper-targeted prospect lists. Efficiency is second nature to you, leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline your workflow and maximise output. You're results-driven and motivated by delivering real value to both customers and the team. With a creative mindset and past experience, you've learned to strike the right balance between innovation and simplicity, knowing when to push boundaries and when to keep things focused. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy sharing ideas, and are energised by working alongside others who are passionate about all things GTM. What You'll Be Doing • Sourcing, scraping, and building high-quality prospect lists for client campaigns, • Designing Clay tables, enrichment logic, qualification scoring, ICP filtering, AI columns, • Verifying and cleaning contact data to ensure campaign-ready accuracy, • Using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Nav to identify and research target accounts, • Supporting outreach sequencing and campaign management in Instantly, • Contributing to campaign strategy and copy direction, • Communicating campaign progress clearly to clients The Tech You'll Be Working In • Clay: the core of how we build prospecting workflows and enrichment logic, • Apollo: prospecting, list building, and data sourcing, • LinkedIn Sales Navigator: account and contact research, • Instantly: campaign management and outreach sequencing, • Claude / AI tools: prompt-driven enrichment, research, and data qualification What We're Looking For • Strong experience sourcing and building B2B prospect data, • Solid hands-on experience with Clay, not just the basics, • A methodical, detail-oriented approach to data quality matters here, • Comfort working across multiple client campaigns simultaneously, • Someone who figures things out independently and doesn't need hand-holding, • Experience at a lead gen or outbound agency (nice to have not essetianl), • Familiarity with data sources beyond Apollo — BuiltWith, Companies House, etc., • You follow what's happening in the GTM/Clay community and bring ideas to the table Why us? • Working in our city centre office 🏙️, • 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office., • Opportunities to work in different countries with travel paid for!, • Handsome commission structure, • Flexible working hours, • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) 🌴, • Christmas shutdown period on top of your annual leave allowance🎄, • Birthday off & early Friday finish, • Dog-friendly office 🐶
