CRM & Email Marketing Executive\n Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing\n Type: Full-time, Permanent\n Salary: £28,000 per annum\n \n About the Role:\n We are looking for a highly organised, data-driven CRM & Email Marketing Executive to own our HubSpot CRM and manage highly targeted email campaigns. This role is central to driving high-quality lead generation, improving funnel performance, and ensuring our sales team have clean, accurate data and well-nurtured pipelines.\n You will manage the full CRM ecosystem, oversee data hygiene and segmentation, build email campaigns and automation workflows, and deliver insights that improve both candidate and client acquisition.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n HubSpot CRM Management\n \nMaintain, configure, and optimise HubSpot CRM, including contact/company records, pipelines, deals, and activity tracking. \nBuild and manage lists, segments, forms, landing pages, workflows, and sequences. \nEnsure consistent data practices and CRM adoption across sales and marketing teams. \nManage integrations with websites, and third-party marketing tools. Email Marketing & Automation\n \nPlan, build, and execute email campaigns aimed at generating new client and candidate leads. \nCreate automated nurture sequences (e.g., cold leads, inactive clients, warm prospects). \nWrite, design, and test email templates with strong CTAs and personalised messaging. \nConduct A/B tests to optimise open rates, click rates, and conversion performance. \nMonitor and improve email deliverability and compliance (GDPR). \nManage email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance (GDPR). Data Management & Quality Control\n \nConduct regular CRM audits to ensure accurate, complete, and de-duplicated data. \nSegment data for targeted outreach based on industry, job title, seniority, behaviour, and lifecycle stage. \nEnrich contact records through research, integrations (AI), and data tools. \nMaintain reporting accuracy. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimisation\n \nSupport inbound and outbound lead-generation initiatives through lists, automation, email sequences, and form optimisation. \nBuild flows that convert website visitors, candidates, and prospects into qualified leads. \nOptimise landing pages, forms, CTAs, and website conversion paths for higher lead volume. \nCollaborate with sales team to ensure timely follow-up on new leads. \nTrack conversion paths and recommend improvements to drive higher-quality lead flow. Analytics & Performance Reporting\n \nDevelop and maintain dashboards reporting on CRM and email performance. \nTrack key metrics, including: \nEmail engagement (opens, clicks, replies) \nLead volume and quality \nContact lifecycle movement \nConversion rates across funnel stages \nProvide insights and recommendations to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
