This is a key front-of-house role responsible for creating a warm first impression while maintaining strong control of the door during busy service periods, especially throughout the summer season. Working alongside the security team, you will manage guest flow, uphold venue standards and make professional decisions on entry, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.
