    Property Manager (Check-In / Front of House) The London Tenant – London (Canary Wharf E14) Full-Time | Office Based We are looking for an organised, personable and proactive Property Manager (Check-In / Front of House) to join our growing property management company in London. The primary focus of the role will be overseeing the tenant onboarding and check-in process, taking over once a reservation has been secured by our Sales Team and ensuring everything runs smoothly through to move-in. Alongside this, you will assist with the day-to-day management and administration of our residential property portfolio. This is an important front-of-house role, so previous experience in property management, lettings, hospitality or a customer-facing environment is important. Key ResponsibilitiesCheck-Ins & Tenant Onboarding • Manage confirmed reservations through to successful move-in., • Conduct Zoom onboarding meetings with new tenants., • Oversee tenancy agreements and documentation., • Collect and follow up outstanding move-in payments., • Coordinate tenant check-ins and check-outs., • Organise keys, fobs and property access., • Coordinate cleaner schedules around check-ins and check-outs., • Ensure properties are ready for incoming tenants. Property Management • Respond to tenant emails regarding contracts and tenancy matters., • Process notices, renewals, extensions and tenancy changes., • Maintain accurate tenant and property records., • Liaise with Sales, Maintenance and the wider team., • Assist with general property management and administrative tasks. About You • Previous property management, lettings, hospitality or front-of-house experience., • Friendly, confident and professional., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication., • Proactive and comfortable working independently., • Confident conducting Zoom calls and following up payments., • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.     The Listing is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Sales & Events Assistant to join our team. You’ll support the day-to-day sales and events operation, helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring clients receive excellent service from their first enquiry through to their event. This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are crucial. You should be comfortable speaking with clients by email, over the phone and face-to-face, and confident conducting venue viewings. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming event and booking enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner., • Respond to clients, provide venue information, menus, packages and availability, and follow up enquiries to help convert leads into bookings., • Proactively generate new leads and identify opportunities for corporate events, private parties, Christmas bookings and other functions., • Conduct venue viewings with prospective clients, confidently presenting The Listing and its different event spaces., • Follow up after viewings and maintain communication with prospective clients., • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals and event information., • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, bookings and client communications., • Work closely with the operations team to ensure confirmed event details are communicated correctly., • Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks., • Help maintain relationships with existing corporate and event clients and encourage repeat business., • Support the wider team during busy periods and with general office duties where required. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • A confident and professional telephone manner., • A friendly, outgoing personality and confidence meeting clients face-to-face., • Strong organisation and attention to detail., • Good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once., • A proactive approach to sales and lead generation., • Confidence following up leads and asking for the booking., • Good computer and administrative skills., • The ability to work independently while also being part of a busy hospitality team., • Previous experience in hospitality, events, sales or customer service is desirable but not essential. This is a strong opportunity for an adviser who wants access to a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, uncapped earning potential and the chance to work with a varied client base, including more complex mortgage cases. The role You will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their circumstances, identify appropriate mortgage and protection solutions, and manage cases through the advice process. The business operates within a specialist area of the mortgage market and works with clients whose circumstances can be more complex than standard high-street cases, including self-employed and complex-income applicants. You will have access to a strong flow of inbound leads, allowing you to spend more of your time advising and converting clients rather than relying entirely on self-generated business.
