This is a strong opportunity for an adviser who wants access to a consistent flow of inbound opportunities, uncapped earning potential and the chance to work with a varied client base, including more complex mortgage cases. The role You will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their circumstances, identify appropriate mortgage and protection solutions, and manage cases through the advice process. The business operates within a specialist area of the mortgage market and works with clients whose circumstances can be more complex than standard high-street cases, including self-employed and complex-income applicants. You will have access to a strong flow of inbound leads, allowing you to spend more of your time advising and converting clients rather than relying entirely on self-generated business.
