In this key role youll be the financial guardian of our stock systems ensuring accuracy compliance and smooth operations across third-party warehouses and on-site manufacturing. YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY • Keeping a close eye on our stockmaking sure everything from bulk cheese to packaging materials is accounted for both on-site and at third-party warehouses., • Running weekly stock checks and making sure our ERP system (AX/Dynamics 365) lines up with whats in the warehouse system (3PL WMS)., • Spotting and sorting out any mismatches between systems to keep our data spot-on., • Making sure were ticking all the boxes when it comes to Saputo Groups inventory and financial control policies., • Supporting our Stock Co-ordinators with their day-to-day tasks and helping them stay on top of things., • Working closely with our manufacturing and prepack teams to keep stock records accurate and up to date., • Pulling together clear timely reports that show exactly where we stand with stock. YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE • Part-qualified or currently studying towards qualification., • Experienced in working within a diverse and fast-paced finance team., • Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level; experience with AX Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a strong advantage., • Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail., • A confident communicator both verbally and in writing able to engage with stakeholders at all levels., • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet tight deadlines., • Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge existing processes.
