Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (goods in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch), • Maintain accurate inventory control across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time delivery, • Lead stock takes, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies, • Ensure ERP/MRP system accuracy and material traceability, • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Skills • Proven experience in warehouse/distribution management within manufacturing, • Strong inventory control and stock management experience, • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Organised, detail-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
