Product Owner (SaaS) | 2-3 Days a week onsite | South Manchester £50,000 - £65,000pa We’re working with a growing SaaS business that’s building a workflow platform used by specialist, high-value industries to manage complex projects and collaboration. They’re now looking for a hands-on Product Owner to join the team and play a key role in driving delivery and shaping the evolution of their core platform. 💡 The Opportunity This is a brilliant role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working alongside engineers, and owning delivery from backlog through to release. You’ll join at a time where the product is well-established but undergoing significant evolution, including large-scale enhancements and modernisation initiatives. Initially, the focus is heavily on delivery and execution — but there’s clear scope to grow into a more strategic Product role over time. 🧩 What You’ll Be Doing • Owning and managing the product backlog across multiple workstreams, • Writing and refining high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, • Working closely with engineering to support day-to-day delivery, • Running and contributing to agile ceremonies (in a Kanban environment), • Balancing priorities across product development, customer work, and support, • Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverables, • Supporting continuous improvement across product and delivery processes 👀 What They’re Looking For • 2–3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role, • Strong Business Analyst-style skills (backlog management, ticket writing, refinement), • Comfortable being hands-on and delivery-focused, • Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban preferred), • SaaS or software product experience is highly desirable, • Someone who can hit the ground running and add value quickly 📈 What’s in It for You • Clear pathway to evolve into a more strategic / senior Product role, • Opportunity to help shape how Product is defined in a growing business, • A collaborative, supportive team with real autonomy and ownership, • Exposure to large-scale product improvements and modernisation work, • Flexible working with a strong focus on work-life balance 📍 Location & Working Pattern • Hybrid working (typically 2–3 days onsite), • South Manchester / Cheshire area, • Flexible start and finish times, • No expectation of excessive hours Product Owner (SaaS) | 2-3 Days a week onsite | South Manchester
