Strong knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle, processes and methodologies Experience delivering solutions across the full project lifecycle Excellent stakeholder communication, including customer and senior leadership engagement Experience delivering and managing KPIs Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Experience with tools such as DOORS, UML tools, ERP and configuration management platforms Highly Desirable: Experience with EMI/EMC design, integration and testing Familiarity with MIL-STD environmental and EMC standards Sonar systems or naval deployment experience Knowledge of safety, ILS, or cyber security Security clearance eligibility is essential due to programme requirements.
