This is the job that holds a shift together. You'll be on the floor and behind the bar, making sure service flows, guests are looked after, and the team has what it needs to do their best work. You're the link between the team and senior leaders: the person who spots the problem before it becomes one, and the one people come to when something needs sorting. We're after someone who is open, honest, straight-talking, and genuinely good with people.
