You will be a visible presence on the floor, inspiring the team, supporting their development, and ensuring every guest receives a memorable and personalised dining experience. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will: Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant Lead service from the floor, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained Assist with training, mentoring, and developing the front of house team Deliver warm, polished, and knowledgeable guest service Help manage service standards, team organisation, and daily operations Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally Work closely with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure seamless service Maintain the exceptional standards expected within a Michelin Star restaurant The ideal candidate will have experience within a Michelin Star, fine dining, or high-quality restaurant environment and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
