Requirements Previous experience as a Labourer, Demolition Operative, or General Operative within construction, maintenance, or social housing. Experience carrying out strip-out and demolition works. Good understanding of health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record. Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record (essential). CSCS Card desirable but not essential. What We're Looking For Motivated and dependable individual.
