The traineeship is completed in 4 easy steps, Step 1 - IOSH - Managing Safely Here you will learn about the basics of health and safety. Step 2 - NEBOSH Now you will decide whether you would like to study the NEBOSH General, Construction or the Fire Safety course, depending on the path that you intend your career to follow. You will have an expert tutor on hand if required. Step 3 - Risk Assessments You will write a series of risk assessments that need to be up to a workplace standard. This is a requirement to gain your NEBOSH certification. Step 4 - NEBOSH Exams The exams can be sat in one of the official NEBOSH testing centres, or online. (Online only currently available for general certificate). Your Job Upon Completion Once you have completed all of the mandatory training and exams, we will place you into an entry level health & safety role as either a advisor, officer or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£45K. We are looking for dedicated cleaners who will build up their own client base, providing long-term work. Responsibilities • General household cleaning- Our goal is to have our client’s homes gleaming and leave them with a smile. • Window & floor cleaning – We aim to make them shine bright like a diamond! • Bed changeovers- Who doesn’t love that fresh linen feeling? • Ironing – Our clients love to look sharp too, so some ironing is to be expected upon request • Travel light – You must be able to identify, and agree to use the appropriate cleaning products and equipment. These will be provided by our clients. • Client Focused – We want our clients to always have a seamless and hassle-free experience. Being able to respond to client requests promptly and courteously is a must. Skills • Previous experience in cleaning is desirable, but not essential. • Excellent time-management skills. Efficiency is key to completing tasks and arriving to appointments on time. • A strong attention to detail. You must be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. • Exceptional customer service & communication skills. You must be able to interact positively and respectfully with our clients. • Ability to work independently and keep good records. Please bear in mind that this is a self-employed role. • Driver’s Licence is preferred but not essential.
