Facilitator (Lead Educator) ThreadPoint Foundation delivers story-led STEM workshops that help children understand where the internet “lives” - using storytelling, LEGO, and gentle digital literacy. We’re looking for warm, confident facilitators to lead our workshops with children aged 5–11. What You’ll Do • Lead the full ThreadPoint workshop experience, • Read the storybook Where the Internet Goes to Sleep, • Guide children through LEGO and creative activities, • Maintain an inclusive, calm learning environment, • Work closely with a Workshop Assistant, • Represent ThreadPoint in schools, libraries, and community spaces You’ll Be Great For This If You: • Are confident speaking in front of groups, • Are warm, patient, and child-friendly, • Have experience in education, performance, youth work OR similar, • Are organised and reliable, • Have (or can obtain) an Enhanced DBS, • Have the right to work in the UK Nice to Have • SEND awareness, • STEM outreach or creative facilitation, • Acting/performance background
