Senior Sales Negotiator Location: Leeds / Manchester Salary: Competitive Basic + Commission + Career Progression About North Property Group North Property Group is an award-winning property company with offices in Leeds, Manchester and London. As our sales division continues to expand, we are looking for ambitious individuals who want to play a key role in the next stage of our growth journey. About the Role North Property Group is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional who wants to take ownership of a substantial portfolio while helping shape and grow our residential sales department. You will be responsible for managing approximately 100 properties across Leeds and Manchester, overseeing the entire sales process from valuation through to agreed sale. Our dedicated aftersales team will support you once a sale is agreed, allowing you to focus on winning instructions, negotiating deals and delivering excellent service to vendors and buyers. There is significant scope for progression, including the opportunity to help build, develop and eventually lead a larger sales team as the department continues to grow. Key Responsibilities • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals, • Win new instructions and build relationships with vendors, • Prepare and launch properties to market, • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 active properties, • Handle buyer enquiries and conduct property viewings where required, • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors, • Progress sales through to agreed stage before handover to aftersales, • Maintain regular communication with vendors and buyers throughout the sales process, • Provide accurate market advice and pricing recommendations, • Work closely with the marketing team to maximise exposure of listings, • Build relationships with investors, landlords, developers and owner-occupiers, • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the growth of the sales department, • Support the recruitment, training and development of future team members as the department expands Requirements • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property sales, • Proven track record of winning instructions and negotiating sales, • Strong understanding of the property market, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, • Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio efficiently, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, • Commercially minded and target driven, • Full UK driving licence preferred What We Offer • Competitive basic salary, • Uncapped commission structure, • Dedicated aftersales support, • Existing portfolio of approximately 100 properties, • Clear progression pathway into management and leadership, • Opportunity to help build and shape a rapidly growing sales department, • Supportive and entrepreneurial working environment, • Access to one of the UK's fastest-growing property businesses
