Graduate Product Data Technician Location: Hybrid working – 2 days per week at our Head Office in Tamworth Contract: Full time, permanent Level: Graduate Are you a recent graduate with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills and an interest in how products are brought to market? This is a fantastic entry‑level role where you’ll build hands‑on experience creating and managing technical product data that supports new product launches and helps customers and installers get the best from our products. What you’ll be doing As a Graduate Product Data Technician, you’ll be supported by experienced colleagues while developing core technical and commercial skills. Your role will include: • Creating and maintaining accurate technical product documentation used across the business and shared with customers and installers, • Supporting project teams with new product launches by setting up product data, documentation and spares information, • Maintaining and updating product and spares data in line with product changes and business system requirements, • Uploading and managing technical data for use across websites, brochures and internal databases, • Working with colleagues across Product, Supply Chain, Customer Services and external suppliers to gather and validate key product information, • Reviewing instructions to ensure they are clear, practical and easy to follow, • Resolving product and data queries using multiple sources of information This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering exposure to the full product lifecycle. What we’re looking for This role is ideal for a graduate or early‑career professional who is keen to learn and grow. You don’t need prior product data experience – we’ll support and train you.
