Role Overview As a Director in the Digital practice, you will play a key role in driving excellent client service and maximizing satisfaction for clients across the portfolio. You will provide senior support to the leadership of the Digital team, helping to manage the team’s work to deliver stellar programmes in online channels and oversee integration with the broader FH London business. What You’ll Do Transaction Verification & Compliance • Review and verify vendor invoices, and credit card transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies., • Perform due diligence on vendor accounts to validate legitimacy and billing accuracy. Data Entry & Record Management • Accurately enter and maintain invoice and payment data in the accounting system (NetSuite)., • Maintain organized electronic records to support financial audits and reporting. Invoice Matching & Approvals • Perform 2-way invoice-to-PO matching and route for approval., • Investigate and escalate discrepancies, collaborating with procurement and relevant stakeholders.
