This is a site-based role within a busy sheet metal and fabrication manufacturing environment, setting and operating press brake machinery to produce accurate metal components. The company also runs an efficiency bonus scheme, giving operators the opportunity to earn additional monthly payments based on completed work and performance. As an example, 110% average performance would equate to around £2,371 extra per year.
