Product Manager - LatAm & Asia 12-month maternity cover | Full-time | Hybrid (2 days in our Wallington office) About us At Newmarket Holidays, our purpose is simple: to enrich lives through travel. The role Reporting to the Head of Long Haul Product, you'll take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of our Latin America and Asia touring holiday products. This is a hands-on role covering the complete product lifecycle: from contracting and rate negotiation, through to ensuring each holiday is priced, loaded and marketed correctly, and that it consistently delivers on customer expectations. You'll work closely with suppliers, tourist boards, marketing and operational teams — championing your destinations across the business and keeping a sharp eye on commercial performance throughout. What you'll be doing (and ideally have done before!)... • Contracting and developing commercially successful, innovative LatAm and Asia touring holidays products, • Managing existing products — spotting where refinement or re-engineering can improve performance, • Ensuring holidays are accurately costed, loaded and marketed on and offline, • Negotiating competitive rates, overrides and marketing funds with suppliers, • Tracking competitor activity and customer insights across LatAm and Asia markets, • Building strong supplier and tourist board relationships, including joint marketing campaigns, • Managing and supporting the wider team to operate product to the highest standard, • Briefing and training internal teams on your destinations, • Monitoring quality and customer satisfaction — and acting swiftly when needed, • Supporting the Emergency Response team when required What we're looking for: Essential • Proven travel industry experience in a similar produce management role, • Strong contracting and negotiation skills, • Commercial acumen and analytical mindset, • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communicator and collaborator, • Very comfortable with Microsoft Office incl.
