We are looking for a responsible and diligent person to run our busy bar in Soho. The person should have experience of managing both the front and back of house operations to ensure the maximisation of sales and profits and reduction in waste and cost. You will be responsible for managing the team of staff and so a knowledge of HR would be an advantage as would a knowledge of the basic accounting functions required to manage the operation effectively.
