NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB Ability to collect information from social media and summarizing findings into compelling content Keep up to date with social media trends especially Tik Tok Support creating and managing the publishing of content across social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn Support the Social Media team with influencer management Be assigned to Content Creation tasks and postings, but you may cross over to other areas of Digital Marketing and PR Regular competitor analysis to understand key players in the market Have great copy writing Have basic photo and video editing skills (the better the skills the bigger the plus) Be in touch with the latest social trends and online content that is relevant to the brand Have the ability to work independently on projects while being a productive team member Active user of social media networks (Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, Twitter) Have an understanding and experience in Social Paid Media (Having taken out an IG ad and implemented it is a really big plus) Create a basic monthly reporting This is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. The Role We are looking for a creative Junior Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our in-house team. You will help produce high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms, including marketing brochures, posters, social media graphics, and animations. This is a hands-on role where your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva will be put to full use. You will work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure all materials align with brand standards and campaign goals. Key Responsibilities • Design brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral for print and digital campaigns., • Develop original logos, icons, and branding assets., • Create graphics and simple animations for social media, websites, and email campaigns., • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva for design and layout., • Assist with web content design, using basic HTML and CSS knowledge for layout adjustments., • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels., • Stay updated on design trends and best practices for digital and print media. Duties and responsibilities: · Oversee the listing, marketing, and sale/lease of residential and commercial properties. · Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents. · Prepare budgets, sales reports, and financial forecasts. · Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies. · Conduct regular meetings to motivate agents and review progress. · Produce and update new property listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately · Develop pricing strategies in line with market trends. · Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information · Monitor expenses and ensure profitability. · Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. · Guide administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed · Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction. · Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. · Ensure proper documentation of all transactions. · Identify new business opportunities and market trends. · Work with legal teams to verify property documents. · Stay updated on industry regulations. Skill/experience/qualifications: · Bachelor &/Master’s degree or a related study and experience. · High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred · Relevant experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred · Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills · Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel
