You’ll use data and automation tools to ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective. • Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across multiple channels., • Support customer targeting and segmentation to improve engagement., • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to help drive renewals and growth., • Monitor campaign results and look for ways to improve performance., • Help streamline campaign processes and customer journeys., • Turn business goals into clear and actionable campaign plans., • Ensure campaigns are tracked, measured, and reported effectively., • Work with data teams to understand results and share key insights. CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS LEAD ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Proven experience in Salesforce CRM, • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, or similar marketing automation tools., • Strong background in campaign automation, segmentation, and lifecycle management., • Experience in A/B testing, campaign optimisation, and reporting., • Understanding of customer lifecycle and retention strategy., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams., • Experience integrating campaigns with diallers, SMS, and other contact channels., • Commercial mindset with a focus on ROI, renewals, and conversion metrics.
