Make A Difference Everyday Hart Lodge is a 11 bedded supported living service which spreads across two houses on a residential street that specialises in the care of individuals with mental health conditions. We are seeking a Support Worker to join the team! What You’ll be Doing • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities., • Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence., • Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks., • Provide emotional support and companionship., • Maintain accurate records and documentation., • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
