Job Description Role overview We are seeking a motivated individual to join our experienced Restructuring team at FRP Advisory in our Orpington office. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the professional services sector. Full training will be provided, along with opportunities for further development and professional qualifications. Key Responsibilities Office Environment • Handle telephone calls and enquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally., • Receive clients, visitors, and suppliers, • Schedule appointments, maintain files and coordinate diaries using Outlook, • Processing time sheets and expenses for Manager, • Providing support to Manager as and when required Case work • Assisting the team in dealing with incoming and outgoing post, • Manage and undertake IT tasks (Word, Excel), including transcribing dictated letters, reports, document formatting and proofreading, • Assisting the team with uploading documents to the creditors’ portal, Companies House and the Court or physical posting out of creditor circulars, • Assisting with client take on procedures, including ID checks and arranging team meetings, • Assisting the team in keeping a detailed and accurate log of both clients’ books and records Business Development / Marketing • Proficient in use of Microsoft Dynamics system, including adding new work opportunities, and sending out conflict checks, • Assist with preparing client invitations and analysis using the CRM system, • Ongoing maintenance of the CRM system, including logging referrals in and out Qualifications • GCSE English and Mathematics grade 5 or above, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Dynamics, • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Ability to exhibit our core values of being clear, honest and considered in your approach to work, • Adaptable and flexible approach to work with a genuine willingness to learn Additional Information Our Values • Straightforward: We provide clear, no-nonsense advice, • Confident: Our guidance is backed by expertise and evidence, • Pragmatic: We focus on practical solutions and tangible outcomes, • Real: We are professional yet approachable, understanding the challenges our clients face Our Commitment to You and the Environment At FRP, sustainability is integral to our strategy and operations.
