About the Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our domiciliary and supported living services. You will lead and inspire teams, ensure full CQC compliance, and promote a positive and inclusive culture. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence service quality, staff performance, and business growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking anexperienced and motivated Registered Managerto lead our services and drivecompliance, quality, and excellence. Key Responsibilities You will: Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, the Health & Social Care Act 2008, and local authority contracts Provide strong leadership to care coordinators, team leaders, and support staff Oversee recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and appraisals Ensure person-centred care plans and risk assessments are in place, reviewed, and implemented Monitor and improve service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints in line with company policy Lead and prepare for CQC inspections, ensuring ongoing compliance with KLOEs Build effective relationships with service users, families, commissioners, and professionals Contribute to service development and business growth within the local area Skills, Experience & Abilities Required Minimum 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Proven experience managing domiciliary care or supported living services Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Experience managing staff rotas, supervision, and service continuity Confident IT skills and experience using digital care systems Desirable Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or complex care Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organisation Additional Information Out-of-hours working may be required to meet service needs Local travel within Gloucester and surrounding areas is required No foreign travel requirements Appointment subject to enhanced DBS check and right-to-work verification.
