Purpose To lead the operational support structure around the CEO, overseeing routines, schedules, logistics, and priorities to ensure consistency and reliability across daily operations. Manage junior support staff responsible for coordination and task execution, setting clear standards for efficiency, organisation, and follow-through. Maintain oversight of commitments and workflows, ensuring alignment across personal and professional priorities while reinforcing accountability and operational discipline. This structure enables the CEO to maintain focus on strategic leadership and high-level decision-making. Who This Role Is For? You operate with discretion, maturity, and high standards, motivated by responsibility, ownership, and impact. The ideal candidate will: • Experience supporting entrepreneurial CEOs or founders, translating fast-moving priorities into a clear operational structure., • Operate confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, maintaining control and composure., • Strong organisational systems and structured thinking, creating order, clarity, and execution., • Communicate with confidence, clarity, and appropriate authority across teams and stakeholders., • Demonstrate loyalty, integrity, and sound judgment in sensitive and high-trust environments., • Exhibit emotional maturity and resilience, maintaining stability and professionalism under pressure. What They Will Focus On • Own and optimise the CEO’s diary to ensure priorities are clear and time is protected., • Oversee all domestic and international travel to ensure seamless coordination and planning., • Manage inbox triage and communication flow to maintain clear prioritisation., • Lead meeting preparation by producing briefing materials and ensuring actions are tracked and delivered., • Manage and develop Performance Associates while setting clear standards and accountability., • Establish structure and discipline within the CEO Office to protect the CEO’s focus and strategic capacity. The Opportunity: The creation of the Executive Suite presents a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO as the business prepares for its next phase of transformation and development. The individuals joining this structure will form a tight-knit, trusted team responsible for strengthening execution, supporting leadership effectiveness, and helping shape the future direction of the organisation. This opportunity offers a level of exposure and practical experience comparable to an MBA, but gained through direct involvement in the day-to-day running and development of the business. What Does Success Look Like? • Maintains strong routines and clear communication across the team. Strategy, team input, and reporting are well structured through regular meetings and 1:1s. The team remains aligned and engaged, supported by ongoing shadowing and close collaboration with the CEO., • Takes accurate minutes and tracks actions, ensuring they are clearly communicated and followed up with the right people. Provides firm reminders where needed and proactively addresses issues. Recently introduced to HR administration to support broader coordination., • Valuable in making suggestions and driving innovation. Maintains an organised file library and shows growing confidence when speaking with the team and representing the CEO when needed. HR administration is up to date and well-maintained. Temp-to-Perm Framework We will be using a temp-to-perm framework for all three roles to ensure the right long-term fit for both the organisation and individuals joining the Executive Suite. This approach provides an opportunity for both parties to collaborate during an initial evaluation period, assessing role fit, working style, reliability, demonstrated capability in the role and long-term alignment potential. The initial engagement period will typically last three months. During this time, individuals will: • Undertake the responsibilities of their role, • Become familiar with the CEO’s working style, • Gain insight into the operational environment of the business During the three-month trial period, either party may terminate employment according to the following structure: • Week 1: No notice required by either party, • Weeks 2 - 12: One week’s notice required by either party This framework ensures a clear, fair process for mutual assessment. At the end of the evaluation period, a decision will be made regarding transition to a permanent position. The decision will consider: • Performance and delivery within the role, • Reliability and accountability, • Alignment with the operating principles of the Executive Suite, • Long-term suitability within the organisational structure Where alignment is confirmed, the role will transition to a permanent appointment. The intention of this framework is to build a long-term, high-performing team within the Executive Suite, ensuring the right fit for both the organisation and the individuals involved.
