What You'll Be Doing Creating a warm, professional, and supportive experience for everyone who contacts or visits the service Acting as the first point of contact, answering calls, welcoming clients, and managing enquiries Recording referral information with care, accuracy, and sensitivity Coordinating appointments and supporting counselling schedules Communicating with clients, counsellors, and volunteers via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams Maintaining accurate digital and paper records in line with GDPR Producing professional documents, letters, and reports Supporting the smooth running of the office through general administrative tasks Ordering supplies and completing routine health and safety checks Taking part in training and development to build your skills and confidence Getting involved in a variety of tasks that support a busy, people-centred service Who We're Looking For You don't need years of experience, we're looking for potential, attitude, and enthusiasm.
