T H E R O L E S: ARCHITECT We seek a motivated, conscientious, and self-driven Architect with 2–4 years post-qualification UK experience to join our healthcare architecture team. The ideal candidate will have: • Experience working on healthcare projects, • Proficiency in Revit and confident project-running experience, • Hands-on delivery experience across RIBA stages in healthcare projects, • Excellent attention to detail—because at IKON, “we sweat the small stuff”—earning us repeat clients and continued growth, • Strong communication and people skills, with a can-do attitude and a team player mindset, • Lead and contribute to full project delivery—from concept, through planning, to completion—in collaboration with senior team members, • Apply your eye for detail to produce precise architectural drawings, models, and specifications in Revit, • Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring clarity, consistency, and excellent client care, • UK ARB-registered Architect, with 2–4 years’ PQE, • Competent in Revit (modeling, documentation, coordination), • Strong understanding of UK construction regulations, especially healthcare standards and accreditation, • Organised, reliable, and comfortable delivering work independently in a remote setting, • Eager to embrace IKON’s values – People – Places – Planet – and integrate them into day-to-day work SENIOR ARCHITECT We seek an experienced, proactive, and detail-driven Senior Architect with 6+ years post-qualification UK experience to join our healthcare architecture team. The ideal candidate will have: • Extensive experience leading and delivering healthcare projects, • Strong proficiency in Revit and advanced technical knowledge, • Proven ability to run projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to completion, • Excellent attention to detail—because at IKON, “we sweat the small stuff”—earning us repeat clients and continued growth, • Leadership skills to mentor junior team members &manage project teams effectively, • Strong communication & client-facing skills with collaborative & solution-focused approach, • Take ownership of projects, leading design and delivery across all stages, • Manage client relationships, chair meetings, and ensure clarity and consistency throughout the process, • Oversee technical output, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and UK building regulations, • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants to achieve project goals, • Mentor and support junior architects, fostering a culture of learning and excellence, • UK ARB-registered Senior Architect, with minimum 6 years’ PQE, • Demonstrable experience in healthcare architecture and complex project delivery, • Advanced Revit skills (modeling, documentation, coordination), • Strong understanding of UK construction regulations, healthcare standards, and accreditation requirements, • Organised, reliable, and confident in leading projects in a fully remote setting, • A positive, proactive attitude & commitment to IKON’s values People – Places – Planet
