About You The ideal candidate will have: • Experience working as a Curry Chef, Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi cuisine chef, or in a similar professional kitchen role., • Strong knowledge of spices, herbs, ingredients and traditional curry preparation techniques., • A passion for creating authentic, flavourful and high-quality food., • Good knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety requirements., • The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment., • Excellent attention to detail and consistency., • Good organisational and stock-control skills., • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods when required.
