Early Years Domestic Support - fixed term until 26/06/2026 Castleview Primary School Salary: £25,322 - £25,623 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional) Hours: 16 per week, 38 weeks sessional We at Castleview are looking for a committed and dedicated individual to work as a Domestic Assistant in our expanding Nursery Team as we move forward to the delivery of 1140 hrs for our families. The successful candidate will provide domestic support to keep the early years establishment in order for children, parents and staff and support the delivery of light meals and snacks for children. Duties include, but are not restricted to, basic food preparation and cooking for children's snacks respecting children's dietary needs with regard to ethnicity and particular needs in discussion with the early years practitioners and support early years practitioners to serve snacks and meals. Castleview is situated in an area of positive action and all our staff must be confident in managing challenging behaviours and learning issues. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check.
