Are you a diligent professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service? We are seeking a dedicated Pensions Administrator to join our Pensions operations team on a permanent basis. With locations in Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh, and Ipswich, this is your chance to create a significant impact in a dynamic and encouraging environment. Why Gallagher? How you'll make an impact Join our dynamic team and take charge of managing a diverse portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and Hybrid pensions, with precision and efficiency. You'll be responsible for the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations, while drafting professional correspondence and reports, running pensioner payrolls, and supporting our Client Executive team. Delivering outstanding service to scheme members by addressing their queries, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time are also key components of this role. Furthermore, you'll be an active participant in encouraging positive relationships with team members and supporting teams, promoting collaboration and a positive work environment. As a key contributor, you'll assist the Team Leader and Client Executive team, playing an integral role in driving success and cohesion within the organization. About You • Experience in defined benefit pension scheme administration is a necessity for this role., • Willingness to study or currently studying towards the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification would be advantageous, and can be supported as part of the benefits that we offer!, • Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving., • Ability to process, collect, and input data accurately., • Excellent prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements., • Outstanding communication skills for engaging with clients via telephone, letter, and email. #LI-TM2
