About the role The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of Ofelia, optimising efficiency across lunch and dinner service while also overseeing the department. They will support the General Manager in planning and executing both operational and administrative strategies. This role will require dedication, with late nights being an essential part of maintaining smooth and effective management.
