About you CIPD Associate or Chartered Member, or equivalent professional HR qualification At least 2 years' experience in HR advisory roles, including employee relations and recruitment Strong understanding of employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to handle multiple HR cases with professionalism and confidentiality Proven stakeholder engagement skills, including working with Trade Unions and management teams What you'll do Manage a range of HR cases such as sickness, discipline, grievances, and performance issues, ensuring policy and legal compliance Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR and employee relations matters Support recruitment and selection processes, including chairing panels and managing administrative tasks Assist in delivering HR training, coaching, and policy updates to promote best practice Contribute to HR projects and strategies aligned with the organisation's goals Develop and maintain positive relationships with Trade Unions and external stakeholders to support a healthy industrial relations climate For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
