There will be opportunities to learn and grow and develop into a broader role over time. Initially , the role will involve learning about our business , helping us to organise and run training courses and supporting both our staff and clients. Over a 3-5 year period , we expect this person to get involved in providing training , networking and ultimately own a portfolio of clients.
