There will be opportunities to learn and grow and develop into a broader role over time. Initially , the role will involve learning about our business , helping us to organise and run training courses and supporting both our staff and clients. Over a 3-5 year period , we expect this person to get involved in providing training , networking and ultimately own a portfolio of clients. We are looking for someone with medium term ambitions to stay with us and develop in the role. We work remotely on average 1-2 days per week , depending on the needs of our clients and the rest of the time are based in office space around London and the south east .
