OneAdvanced is one of the UK's largest privately owned software businesses, delivering mission-critical SaaS solutions across multiple vertical markets with deep customer embeddedness, high recurring revenues and strong profitability.Backed by Vista Equity Partners and BC Partners since 2019, the business is operating against a clear value creation agenda focused on scalable growth, operational excellence and long-term enterprise value creation ahead of a future liquidity event.As the business continues to scale toward becoming a £1bn+ enterprise platform, the quality, clarity and consistency of executive and investor communication becomes increasingly critical.We are hiring a Director of Investor Relations to help shape how the business is understood internally and externally, translating operational and financial performance into a compelling narrative for investors, lenders, the Board and Executive leadership.This is a highly visible strategic finance leadership role combining executive reporting, investor communication, performance storytelling, and strategic insight.This role would suit an individual who combines strong financial and commercial acumen with exceptional communication and presentation capability, someone equally comfortable operating within the detail while also crafting high-quality Board and investor materials that influence decision-making and support valuation.Investor Narrative & Strategic CommunicationOwn and continuously evolve the company's equity and performance narrative aligned to growth, profitability, and strategic prioritiesTranslate complex SaaS and commercial performance metrics into clear, concise, executive-level communicationSupport the CFO and CEO in investor, lender, and shareholder engagement activitiesEnsure consistency and quality across all executive and external reporting materialsExecutive, Board & Investor ReportingLead the preparation of high-quality Board reports, investor packs, lender updates, and Executive Committee materialsOwn quarterly forecasting and reforecasting outputs alongside strategic planning cyclesDevelop insightful KPI dashboards and performance reporting aligned to investor expectationsDrive reporting quality, clarity, and consistency across the organisationStrategic Finance & Business PartnershipPartner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Strategy teams to synthesise performance insights and support decision-makingSupport long-range planning, value creation initiatives, and strategic prioritiesBenchmark business performance against SaaS peers and market expectationsAct as a strategic extension of the CFO officeWe are looking for a commercially sharp and highly polished strategic finance professional with experience operating in high-growth, performance driven environments. You are likely to bring experience from:PE-backed SaaS or technology businessesStrategic Finance / FP&A leadershipInvestor RelationsCorporate FinanceConsulting or value creation environmentsListed or investor-facing organisations with exposure to quarterly reporting cyclesYou will also bring:Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV and margin performanceExperience producing Board-level, investor, or executive reporting materialsExcellent financial modelling and analytical capabilityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExecutive presence and confidence working with senior stakeholdersThe ability to translate complex data into clear, commercially meaningful insightAdditional Information This is a hybrid role with an expectation of regular presence in the Birmingham office.
