International Electrical Engineer Location: UK-based (with extensive international travel) Reporting to: International Service Manager Salary: £45,000 + overtime (paid at 1.5x / 2x) Position Overview The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing depot repair, field service, and technical support for standard and specialist PAGA and communications systems to both internal and external customers. This role combines hands-on field work, bench repair, and telephone-based technical support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Reporting to the International Service Manager, the Field Service Technician will act as a key point of contact for customer technical support requests, liaising with internal departments to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. The role involves a significant amount of international travel, including offshore locations. Travel assignments may be up to 6 weeks at a time, followed by 2 weeks’ break between rotations. The successful candidate must also be willing and able to obtain a USA visa for training purposes when required.
