Flexible Hours: As bank staff, we would contact you weekly with any available shifts for the following week. The joy of this position is that you can pick and choose which shifts to work based on your needs/ plans. You may work no hours one week, but 40 the next, the choice is yours! Our only requirement is that your shifts fit with our prescribed session times (8am-6pm/ 8am-1pm/ 1pm-6pm). Depending on your location, you can choose one location to be based from, or opt to work across each of our 4 settings. Your responsibilities would be to work throughout the 4 different Suites to help ensure the smooth running of the nursery and the high quality care of the children. We are ideally looking for staff who are Level 2, 3 or above qualified in childcare, however if you are passionate about early years, are flexible, confident and willing to get involved in all aspects of nursery routine then we would love to hear from you. A full driver's license would also be a benefit.
