We are seeking a friendly and organized Optical Receptionist to join our team. The Optical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You’ll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings. We are looking for an extroverted direct marketing and sales promoter who can work the high street and encourage people to book in for an eye examination at our brand new opticians on Sutton High Street with cutting edge medical equipment and the best designer eyewear. The role will be based outside on the high street and will require you to actively approach and communicate with members of the public to inform and promote our business and get people to book in for sight tests and become new patients for our clinic. Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
