Key Responsibilities Water Hygiene Duties • Temperature monitoring, outlet flushing, and descaling as per ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines., • Water sampling in accordance with BS7592 standards., • TMV servicing, calibration, and replacement., • Showerhead cleaning/disinfection., • CWST and calorifier inspections, cleans, and blowdowns., • Basic plumbing tasks, expansion vessel servicing, and booster pump maintenance., • Maintain site water logbooks and complete all necessary documentation., • Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure efficient task completion.
