Key Responsibilities • Prepare, mask, and spray aircraft landing gear components using aerospace-grade paint systems and sealants, • Mix paints and sealing compounds accurately in line with technical specifications, • Carry out detailed surface preparation prior to coating, • Operate and maintain spray equipment, spray booths, and curing ovens, • Monitor equipment settings to ensure optimal finish quality and efficiency, • Work effectively to production schedules and adapt to changing priorities, • Complete all required documentation accurately, • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment, • Follow all environmental and health & safety procedures, • Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer (aerospace, automotive, or industrial preferred), • Strong understanding of coating systems, surface preparation, and finishing techniques, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, • High level of attention to detail and quality workmanship, • Good communication and teamwork skills, • Engineering or similar apprenticeship (preferred) 37.5 hours per week on rotating shifts: • 06:00 - 14:00 Working Environment • Controlled spray booth environment, • Use of PPE required, • Must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK, • Competitive salary of £34,000 - £38,000, • Opportunity to work in the aerospace industry, • Stable, full-time position, • Career development and training opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
