At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. About the role We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to help shape the next generation of Affirm’s Comms Plat. The opportunity spans two connected areas: (1) Modernizing the platform that powers critical transactional communications across channels; (2) Building shared capabilities that help Affirm create a more coordinated experience across marketing and transactional comms. Together, this work will simplify how teams build and manage communications, strengthen the reliability and scalability of our systems, and help us deliver more relevant and consistent customer experiences. You’ll partner closely with Engineering and teams across Product, Marketing, Ops, Design, Analytics, and Legal and Compliance to set product direction and turn it into capabilities teams can successfully adopt. You’ll navigate complex technical and business tradeoffs, balance near-term needs with longer-term platform investments, and help determine where Affirm should build capabilities directly versus work with third-party partners. What you'll do Set product strategy and roadmap for Comms Plat, connecting customer needs, business priorities, and technical opportunities. Help modernize Affirm’s comms infrastructure and build shared capabilities that support more consistent experiences across transactional and marketing comms. Lead complex platform initiatives from strategy through launch and adoption, working closely with Engineering and cross-functional partners. Build strong relationships across Affirm so communications needs for new products, markets, and customer journeys are understood early and reflected in platform plans. Shape channel, platform, and partner strategy, including thoughtful build-versus-buy decisions across the communications ecosystem. Make clear tradeoffs across customer experience, reliability, scalability, cost, regulatory requirements, and speed. Define meaningful measures of success and use customer, product, operational, and business signals to guide priorities and investment. What we look for 8+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience, with a track record of leading complex products or platforms. Experience building platform or other technically complex products. Comms or messaging experience is helpful, but not required. Strong product judgment and the ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into a clear strategy and actionable roadmap. Technical fluency and comfort partnering deeply with Engineering on architecture, reliability, scalability, and platform tradeoffs. A track record of taking products beyond launch and driving adoption across multiple teams or customer groups. Strong cross-functional influence and the ability to build alignment across teams with different priorities and constraints. Strong analytical and business judgment, including the ability to weigh customer impact, operating complexity, cost, and risk when making decisions. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics understandable and bring stakeholders along in the decision-making process. A customer-first mindset and the ability to stay focused on the experience the platform ultimately creates, even when working deep in infrastructure. Comfort operating with ambiguity, using judgment and available information to move work forward while adapting as you learn. ABOUT THE ROLE Launchmetrics connects the world's leading Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty (FLB) brands to the data and insights they need to make smarter decisions. As Customer Marketing Coordinator, you'll help us stay close to the customers who matter most -the ones already on Launchmetrics who we want to grow, energize and turn into advocates. This is a full-time, remote role based in London. Reporting to the Marketing Director, You'll be in the room (physically and virtually) for some of our most important customer moments: supporting the events where our customers show up, building the personalized content and workshop decks that start a conversation with a brand and becoming a familiar, trusted face for a group of smaller accounts across cities like New York, London, Paris, and Milan. This role is about relationships as much as it's about process and strategy. You'll need to sync closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand what each account needs next, and you'll own the coordination and launch of outreach campaigns to client contacts -from a first personalized email, to a workshop conversation, to a relationship that lasts. It's a role for someone who enjoys the people's side just as much as the discipline of making a multi-stakeholder program run on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Customer event support. Support the Marketing Engagements Executive and the Director in the planning and on-site execution of events where our customers attend -coordinating logistics, guest experience and follow-up. We're looking for someone who doesn't just execute the plan, but brings ideas on how to make these moments better. Growing the database. Own the customer growth KPI: through outbound emails and marketing campaigns, expand our database of client contacts beyond current users, into new regions, brands and departments within existing accounts, building company-level awareness, not just with the teams already using Launchmetrics. This broader "account awareness" makes it easier to spot growth and expansion opportunities down the line. Personalized content & data stories. Own and develop account-specific content - data stories, talking points and materials- that give Sales and the Director a compelling, tailored way to open or deepen a conversation with a customer. Customer workshops. Support the research, customization and development of individual workshop decks, working closely with the Marketing Engagements Executive on strategy and format, and with the Director on prioritization, translating Launchmetrics data (including Media Impact Value® / MIV®) into a narrative tailored to each brand. Outreach coordination. Own and coordinate personalized customer outreach campaigns (email and beyond), building genuine working-layer relationships with the people who use Launchmetrics day to day. Relationship development. Build and maintain relationships with Tier 2 client contacts across our customer base, becoming a known, reliable point of contact for smaller accounts in key cities (NYC, London, Paris, Milan, Spain, and beyond). Target list enrichment. Collect and track engagement, scoring and intent signals on our target accounts from multiple sources (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist), and turn them into something the team can actually act on -flagging and sharing the right signals with Sales, Customer Success and the Director so we spot opportunities for expansion and growth quickly, before they go cold. Customer reporting support. Support the regular tracking of customer marketing objectives, keeping reports current so the team always has a clear read on what's working. ABOUT YOU Who you are 1–3 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing coordination, ABM, event support or a related area — comfortable with both relationship-building and hands-on execution. Curious about brands and people: you like understanding what makes a specific account tick and enjoy shaping a message around it. Comfortable being the point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers more senior than you. Confidence with data: you can pull, clean and interpret numbers and turn them into a story a customer would find compelling. Strong written communication skills, with an eye for how information is presented. Organized and dependable: you can run several workshops, campaigns or events at once without losing track of the details. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or Lemlist is a plus, but not a requirement, you'll get training. Familiarity with the Fashion, Lifestyle or Beauty industry is a plus. A proactive approach: you spot what needs doing and act on it rather than waiting to be told. Amber is an entirely new way of thinking about buying, banking and selling energy where home energy technology works to put money back in customers’ pockets and accelerate the renewable energy transition. We’re an Australian headquartered company, where we are both an energy technology company and a utility providing energy directly to households and small businesses. In Australia (the world leader on rooftop solar and a 2-way energy grid), we’ve proven that the cheapest, fastest and most rewarding way to reach 100% renewables is to automate the growing wave of home batteries, EVs, and other smart energy devices. Customers get direct access to the real-time electricity prices and the technology to shift energy usage to the times when cheaper renewables are available in the grid and export to the grid at times when the price they can be paid for it is highest. We are a clear market leader in energy automation in Australia, and are now partnering with utilities across Europe to bring our technology to European markets and consumers. We’re at a critical moment in taking the business to scale in Europe. You’ll be joining a rapidly growing regional team of 15, and be part of a global team of over 220, with expertise across energy, technology, marketing, and operations. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and a great culture of people who love coming to work to build a better world. We’re backed by leading VCs in Australia and Europe, as well as impact-focused investors and world-leading energy companies. At Amber, we believe that enabling a culture where everyone is set up to do the best work of their lives, and feels connected and supported, is one of the most important things we can do to ensure our long-term success. Want to help improve the environment by shifting the world’s energy usage towards renewables? We are currently hiring for a Full Stack Software Engineer. Amber provides a great opportunity to apply your skills as an Engineer to help enable the uptake of renewable energy. Our technology optimises thousands of batteries and other devices in the customers' homes, enabling them to time their usage to consume power at times of high renewable penetration (and cheap prices), and then export power back to the grid at critical times - letting them outbid energy generators and earn potentially >£50 in an afternoon. The Amber Electric product team develops and supports: • Home automation integrations (to batteries, hot water systems and pool pumps, with EVs coming soon) that control electricity usage in response to pricing and renewable availability, • Mobile & Web apps for customers to monitor and manage their energy usage, • A pricing and billing engine for real time energy pricing The tech stack is React Native mobile app, some React web frontends, and a Serverless Lambda backend on AWS. We’re using Typescript top to bottom, and Apollo GraphQL sits in the middle. We keep our data in DynamoDB, Postgres, and Snowflake, using one or the other as best suits a particular workload. You can learn more about our tech stack at _ While we’re looking for talented and driven individuals our desire is to build a champion team, not a team of champions. We’re full-stack-ish; while it’s impossible for everyone to excel across every layer of the stack we value people who can chip in wherever they’re needed. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace from the ground up. We want engineers who are as comfortable communicating with people as they are with their code. At Amber, we want to hire self-starters who are eager to learn, and are comfortable working in a changing environment. Some of the key traits we are looking for in this role: • You have a positive mindset: equal parts curious, collaborative, and can-do, • Between 3 and 5 years of commercial development experience in either Web or Mobile environments, • Commercial experience with the specific technologies in our stack is a strong plus, • Experience with languages sharing features with Typescript is also a plus (such as JavaScript, C#, Go, or similar), • We favour generalists who can be flexible across the stack, both frontend and backend, • Strong verbal and written communication skills built on a foundation of empathy for your fellow humans is essential, with English proficiency of C1/C2 level at a minimum, • Additional language skills, particularly in European languages, are a bonus and may support broader team and customer engagement., • Write and maintain high quality program code across the stack in the areas of your specialty, • Flexibly contribute outside your specialty in other areas of the stack supporting your team when they need it, • Work collaboratively with your peers in product and across the wider company to ensure you're always shipping the right thing the right way at the right time, • Research, consult, analyse, and evaluate our system requirements, • Test, debug, diagnose, and correct errors in our tech stack according to our operational specifications, • Support the app across the whole lifecycle from idea through to production, • The role will see you working directly with external clients while collaborating across internal teams, including leadership, product, design, and engineering to deliver impactful solutions., • We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and a great culture of people who love coming to work to build a better world, • Join a growing technology start-up that will shape the future of household renewable energy use, • You’d be a part of a growing team of over 220 people with expertise across energy, technology, marketing, and operations, • Flexible working hours & remote working - see "How You Work" for more info, • Competitive salary within your local market, • Share options in Amber Electric, • Employment and leave entitlements as per your local country, • An external Employee Assistance Plan for mental health support, • Annual Learning & Development budget to support your personal growth, • Annual company conference in Melbourne, Australia. Between £45,000 and £70,000 base per annum. All roles at Amber include employee stock options. This is a full-time role to be based ideally from the UK/Germany/Netherlands. We do have a co-working space in London where we work flexibly between the office and home. You will be working predominantly remotely within a high-trust environment where transparency and accountability are foundational to our engineering culture. Amber's flexible approach allows you to shape your schedule around core collaboration hours, which are 7am - 12pm Tuesdays and Thursdays London time. This overlap enables meaningful collaboration with your Australian colleagues. Outside these core hours, we trust you to manage your time effectively. We focus on outcomes and impact rather than hours logged, but we do expect consistent communication and reliable delivery on commitments. Regular check-ins and transparent progress updates are part of how we maintain this balance of freedom and responsibility. We value work-life balance and sustainable pace—we don't want team members to overwork or burn out, nor do we expect you to be available 24/7. Instead, we promote clear boundaries and open dialogue about workload and capacity. Our headquarters is located in Melbourne, Australia, with a second co-working office/space in Sydney, Australia. Our European team operates from a central London hub that you will travel to during your onboarding, and approximately every 2 months thereafter for team collaboration. These in-person sessions help strengthen relationships and reinforce our collaborative culture. We also have AmberCon every year, this is a big team calendar event and we will fly you to Melbourne to be there with the rest of the team. We will always cover flights, accommodation and other travel costs as part of our travel policies. If this kind of work gets you excited, we'd love to hear from you! Even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements listed above, we still encourage you to apply. We're open to all backgrounds and encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply. We never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status. Please include your resume and a cover letter and tell us: • One specific way you could use your technical skills to improve a household's energy use under the Amber model. Our process will generally be as follows: • A screening interview with our talent team, • A take-home technical challenge that should take no longer than four hours, • A follow up interview with two members of the engineering team, • A culture interview with two members of the engineering leadership team We promise to be respectful of your time as an applicant while trying to be as thorough as possible in finding the right fit for our team. Only applicants with full working rights in the UK/Europe region will be considered for the role. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted promptly. All other applicants will also be notified of the outcome as soon as possible. No recruitment agencies please. We are already working with our preferred partners. Thank you! We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do. You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity. This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the UK. About Product Management: As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential. Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers. The opportunity: As the Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end journey for helping people and agents instrument workloads and successfully send useful OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud. Your mission is to make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads. You’ll reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and failure points users encounter between deciding to adopt OpenTelemetry and receiving healthy, correctly attributed, and actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud. Teams can instrument workloads, directly or with the help of coding agents, through OpenTelemetry SDKs, automatic instrumentation technologies such as Beyla and SDK injection, or client-side OpenTelemetry Collectors. Each path presents different decisions, deployment requirements, configuration steps, and potential failure modes. You’ll define a coherent experience that helps users choose the right approach, complete setup successfully, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether their telemetry is healthy and useful. You’ll design a future in which a growing share of instrumentation work is performed by coding agents acting on behalf of developers. This means treating agents are first-class participants in the experience and ensuring that instrumentation options, configuration requirements, errors, and validation signals are structured, discoverable, and actionable by both humans and machines. Your scope will include: • OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration, • Automatic instrumentation experiences, including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection, • Client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding, • Collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity, • Guidance and machine-readable context that help people and agents choose the right instrumentation approach, • Workflows that allow coding-agents to implement, configure and verify instrumentation safely, • Troubleshooting missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry, • Validation signals that allow both people and agents to confirm that telemetry is healthy, correctly attributed, and usable in Grafana Cloud, • The transition from receiving telemetry to activating the appropriate Grafana Cloud observability solution Success does not stop when Grafana Cloud receives the first data point. Telemetry must arrive with the quality, context, and structure required to support meaningful observability outcomes. You’ll partner closely with teams responsible for experiences such as Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability, and Drilldown Apps to ensure OpenTelemetry workloads receive a first-class experience from initial setup through first value. This is a horizontal Staff-level product leadership role spanning multiple products and engineering teams. You may not directly own every SDK, collector, instrumentation technology, or downstream application involved in the journey. You will, however, be accountable for the coherence of the overall customer experience, its success measures, and the cross-product strategy required to improve it. AI will also be part of how you work, not only what you build. You’ll be expected to use AI tools regularly to accelerate customer-research synthesis, analyze product signals, explore technical workflows, prototype experiences, develop positioning content, and test agent-led instrumentation journeys. You’ll model thoughtful, hands-on adoption of AI while applying strong judgement to its outputs. The role is not focused on developing OpenTelemetry as an open source project in isolation. You’ll engage with and contribute to the OpenTelemetry ecosystem where appropriate, while measuring success through customer activation and outcomes in Grafana Cloud. What You’ll Be Doing: • Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions, • Create coherent, opinionated experiences that help users choose and implement the right approach across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving the flexibility advanced users require, • Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry, • Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across the product and engineering teams contributing to the OpenTelemetry journey, • Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure outcomes such as onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion, • Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud solution teams to create a coherent transition from telemetry ingestion to meaningful product activation, • Extend beyond product delivery to how the OpenTelemetry experience is positioned and brought to market. In partnership with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help define the product narrative, sharpen out differentiation, and develop launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns that create demand and accelerate customer activation., • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver and communicate a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience, • Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions What makes you a great fit: • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or another technically complex B2B product domain, • Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams or product areas without relying on direct organizational authority, • Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, telemetry context, and semantic conventions, • Experience using or building instrumentation systems, agents, telemetry collectors, configuration products, or related infrastructure, • An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and operating software across Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments, • Experience turning complex onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows into clear and approachable product experiences, • A history of using customer research and product data to make decisions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a remote, globally distributed organization Bonus Points: • Experience contributing to or building products around the OpenTelemetry or broader open source observability ecosystem, • Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation, • Firsthand experience as an SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner, • Experience building product-led onboarding, configuration-validation, or telemetry-health experiences at scale In the UK, the base compensation range for this role is GBP 117,949- GBP 141,539. Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 10, 000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. Self-serve today represents a meaningful part of Paddle's revenue. This role owns the commercial mandate to grow that significantly. Not just to run self-serve, but to build the strategy for where and how it scales, and execute against it. We're hiring a Director of Self-Serve to take full commercial ownership of Paddle's self-serve motion, running and scaling it as a business line. Self-serve is a material and fast-moving part of our revenue, and it needs an owner who thinks in unit economics, not just funnel metrics. You'll set the strategic direction, and work across Finance, Product, Engineering, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and RevOps to align everyone behind it. Getting this right is a genuinely cross-functional endeavour, and your ability to bring people with you will be just as important as your commercial acumen. You'll operate with a small, focused team including engineering capacity. This is a role for someone who wants to build and run the engine hands on, not manage through layers. Own the line. Carry the commercial number for self-serve end to end, from acquisition through adoption, to revenue and net retention. Own the unit economics, and how they improve. Set the strategy. Form a clear commercial view of where self-serve creates value, ensure Finance and Product alignment, and translate it into a plan the business can execute against. Own activation and time-to-value. Evolve who and how we onboard through self-serve, how we nurture them through lifecycle stages, and the in-product experience that gets them to value fast. Increasing volume while decreasing time-to-value, not trading one for the other. You fundamentally approach the self-serve experience as a product, running structured discovery and experimentation, not defaulting to only marketing levers. Shape the demand. Define the customer profile that makes the economics work and work collaboratively with Demand Generation on the targeting you need, co-owning a single funnel against a shared ICP. Orchestrate cross-functionally. Codify the work into clear streams with clear owners, influence the Product, Engineering, and Risk roadmaps, and run a regular business cadence that keeps people aligned on priorities and impact. Deepen partner integrations. Work hand-in-glove with Partnerships to turn distribution relationships into deep well-integrated channels, owning the commercial outcome of partner-sourced volume. Build and run the engine. Design and run the experimentation, tooling, and tracking to improve funnel codification, time-to-value, activation, and conversion using AI where it raises velocity and quality, applied to the right customer. As the motion scales, you'll shape the team around it. Make the economics stack up. Working closely with finance you own self-serve pricing and packaging as a lever, to ensure profitable scale. Go get the answer yourself. When something doesn't add up, you pull the data, run the analysis, and don't wait to be handed a conclusion. Self-reliance is core to how you operate, not a fallback when support isn't available. You interrogate, not just observe. Live the ‘five whys’ principle, with the ability to take a plausible looking number, trend, signal and stress-test it until you've found the actual driver, not the first explanation that fits. You default to hypothesis and experiment before you default to opinion or output, treating the funnel as something to be iteratively shaped, not just optimised within. Given a mission, you don't let go of it. You have a real hunger to find and unlock value you believe is there, working through blockers, organisational, technical, or data. Deeply experienced in a PLG or self-serve motion in a high-growth tech business, where you've built and owned the funnel rather than a sales-assisted or enterprise motion, and have been accountable for the number, not adjacent to it. A commercial operator who has owned a revenue line, channel, or segment. Someone who operates in founder mode with the instinct to understand the economics, not just the funnel beneath them. You think like a product manager: prioritizing ruthlessly, scope experiments tightly, and see the boundary between growth and product as something to work across. Fluent at moving from data to a commercial conclusion, with the discipline to separate signal from noise and turn analysis into a clear decision rather than a list of observations. A sharp critical thinker who interrogates the brief rather than taking it at face value, challenges assumptions (including ours), and is as willing to conclude "this isn't where we should be investing" as to confirm the plan. A genuine cross-functional leader who has brought structure to messy, multi-team programmes, influenced roadmaps you don't control, and run the cadence that holds a programme together. A credible presence in front of senior stakeholders up to executive level; you communicate with clarity and authority and can take a room with competing priorities to a clear decision. Equally comfortable operating at altitude and dropping into the detail, and always coming back up with a point of view, not just findings. Able to use AI pragmatically; dynamic onboarding, predictive scoring, real-time segmentation, as a means to commercial outcomes, not an end in itself. At Paddle, we're committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams. We recognise and celebrate that every Paddler is unique and we welcome every individual perspective. As an inclusive employer, we don't care if, or where, you studied, what you look like or where you're from.
