Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst Contract Type: Permanent Location: Chatham Bradford Working Pattern: Hybridtypically a couple of days a week in the office. Part-time or flexible arrangements are considered to support work-life balance. In your day-to-day role as a Senior Operations Analyst you will: • Deliver actionable insights forecasts and performance reports to support strategic decisions., • Lead the development and deployment of innovative strategies that enhance customer outcomes and business performance., • Support and mentor Operations Analysts fostering a culture of continuous improvement., • Collaborate across departmentsIT Finance Credit and moreto ensure seamless execution of initiatives., • Influence stakeholders through compelling presentations data storytelling and business reporting., • Identify inefficiencies and implement robust data-driven solutions with a focus on Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)., • Proven experience in a highly analytical role ideally within the financial or a regulated sector., • Strong numerical reasoning and a logical problem-solving mindset., • Practical coding/programming knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools., • Excellent communication skillsable to tailor your message to any audience., • A self-starter attitude with the ability to take ideas from concept to execution., • This role offers the chance to:, • Make a tangible impact on customer experience and operational efficiency., • Be a strategic voice in shaping future processes and systems., • Grow your leadership and mentoring skills in a supportive environment.
