SEN Teaching Assistant Education and Training Sector Location: Ware Pay: £460 - £500 per week Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities: • Providing consistent emotional support and reassurance to pupils * Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups * Encouraging the development of confidence, independence, and resilience * Implementing strategies to support learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation * Assisting teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging learning activities * Helping to maintain a calm, safe, and supportive classroom environment Academics is currently recruiting a compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive SEN provision in Ware.
